Inez Ortiz is a Vice President for Corporate Finance at Mabuhay Capital. Prior to joining Mabuhay Capital, Inez was an Associate Director for Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Finance & Privatization at Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services, Inc. and an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Advisory, Inc.

Inez has been involved in the fund raising activities for renewable power generating companies. She acquired extensive experience in the Due Diligence review for sell-side and buy-side clients while working under the Corporate Restructuring group of Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Advisory, Inc. Her client portfolio includes government financial institutions, private banks and foreign private equity houses interested in NPA transactions through the Special Purpose Vehicle Law (SPV). She has also participated in project financing and due diligence for various industries including manufacturing, mining, real estate and infrastructure.

Inez finished her MBA in 2008 at De La Salle University, Professional Schools Inc. and is a graduate of B.S. Mechanical Engineering from De La Salle University – Manila. She is a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
